For those who are interested in wind music instrument, I would like to introduce you these very unique and elegant instruments. This instrument is known as “Somporing” which originated from Sabah's (Malaysia) Kadazandusun native instrument. Its look like similar to a well known wind music instrument calls Saxophone. However about 90% of its material is made from the bamboo. It could reach 2 octaves (depends on your lips skill). There are two types of Somporing - Alto and Tuner.
